After several hours of programming and testing, I managed to create a script to play Pokémon DS Typing DS with Desmume and the keyboard of your PC.
All the keys that I have been possible are programmed.
The numbers keys must be pressed from the numeric keypad, and not using the keys on the letters.
We recommend you practice a bit on the title screen to familiarize them with the keys and their positions.
Instructions:
1.Download and unzip.
2.Run the emulator.
3.Go to "File > > Lua Scripting" and select the Pokémon Typing DS Keyboard Script.lua script.
Now it can already to be loaded on the game.
Notes:
1.If you see an error message when loading the script, use other emulator.
2.Use other emulator when playing other games, it has keys that configured exclusively for this game.
3.Check the configuration of the buttons in "Config > > Control Config".
Tested and works on me!

Warning!:
The game will pause when you press R button (still researching on it).
Use latest lua plugin (download link below)
